For a career I built other people's systems under other people's constraints, regulated and high-stakes: HIPAA subrogation by the thousands of cases a day, a Y2K trading-system conversion that physically could not slip, a decade moving SMS at platform scale inside Salesforce. I could always see what I'd have done differently, and it was never my call. Now it is.
This is the part I'm actually good at: helping you decide what to build, what to leave alone, and where AI earns its place and where it doesn't. Sometimes that's custom software, built properly and handed over clean. Often it's less than you walked in expecting, and I'll tell you so even when it costs me the work. The honest answer is the product.
